PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI SD NEGERI 042/XI SEBERANG KOTA SUNGAI PENUH BERBASIS WEBSITE

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang sangat pesat. Seiring dengan era globalisasi teknologi saat ini, kebutuhan dalam dunia pendidikan menjadi sesuatu yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kemajuan suatu instansi Pendidikan. Salah satu aplikasi yang saat ini marak digunakan adalah website. Masih banyak instansi Pendidikan yang belum mempunyai website sekolah yang digunakan untuk memperkenalkan profil sekolah tersebut, terutama pada SD Negeri 042/XI Seberang Kota Sungai Penuh. SD Negeri 042/XI Seberang adalah salah satu satuan pendidikan dengan jenjang Sd di Seberang, Kec. Pesisir Bukit, Kota Sungai Penuh, Jambi. SD Negeri 042/XI dalam penyampaian informasi sekolahnya belum memiliki website akademik yang dapat memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam penyampaian informasi sekolah, sehingga membutuhkan sebuah website akademik untuk menyampaikan informasi ke masyarakat tentang profil sekolah, pendidikan sekolah, fasilitas sekolah, organisasi sekolah dan lain-lain.. Pembuatan aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, perencanaan sistem, analisa sistem, perancangan sistem dan database. Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Kebutuhan masukan pada Sistem Informasi SD Negeri 042/XI yaitu data siswa , data guru, data profil, data Jadwal pelajaran dan data nilai lapor. Kebutuhan proses yang diperlukan yaitu : Proses Login, Proses nilai lapor, dan proses input, update, dan delete. Data keluaran yang di hasilkan adalah berupa informasi yang akan di lampirkan antara lain : laporan nilai rapor, dan laporan data siswa dan guru. Tujuan dari pembuatan Skripsi ini adalah pembuatan Sistem Informasi SD Negeri 042/XI Seberang Kota Sugai penuh Berbasis Website. Dengan adanya sistem yang baru yang telah dirancang dan dibuat oleh peneliti, dapat membantu mempermudah pihak yang terkait dalam mengolah data serta penyampaian informasi sekolah kepada masyarakat.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly. Along with the current era of technological globalization, the needs in the world of education are very important in determining the progress of an educational institution. One application that is currently widely used is a website. There are still many educational institutions that do not yet have a school website that is used to introduce the school's profile, especially at State Elementary School 042/XI Seberang Sungai Penuh City. SD Negeri 042/XI Seberang is one of the educational units with Elementary level in Seberang, Kec. Coastal Hills, Full River City, Jambi. SD Negeri 042/XI in delivering school information does not yet have an academic website that can facilitate the school in delivering school information, so it requires an academic website to convey information to the public about school profiles, school education, school facilities, school organizations and others. The making of this application is done by collecting data, system planning, system analysis, system and database design. The database used is MySQL. The input requirements for the 042/XI Public Elementary School Information System are student data, teacher data, profile data, lesson schedule data and report value data. The required process requirements are: Login process, report value process, and input, update, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: report card scores, and student and teacher data reports. The purpose of making this thesis is the creation of an Information System for Public Elementary School 042/XI Across the City of Sugai full of Website-Based. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in processing data and delivering school information to the community.
