FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KELELAHAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN KOPERASI UNIT DESA KARYA MUKTI KECAMATAN PELEPAT ILIR KABUPATEN BUNGO 2022.

Salah satu faktor penyebab utama kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh manusia adalah stress dan kelelahan (Fatique). Kelelahan kerja member kontribusi 50% terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan kerja (Setyawati, 2011). Menurut Wicken (2004) dalam Setyawat dan Djati (2008), kelelahan bisa disebabkan oleh fisik ataupun tekanan mental. Salah satu penyebab kelelahan adalah gangguan tidur (Sleep distruption) yang antara lain dapat dipengaruhi oleh kekurangan waktu tidur dan gangguan pada irama sirkadian akibat jet lag atau kerja shift.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kelelahan Kerja Pada Karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa Karya Mukti Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo Tahun 2022. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22-25 Agustus bertempat Koperasi Unit Desa Karya Mukti
Metode Penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan besar sampel 60 petugas (total sampling). Pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dan data sekunder (studi dokumentasi). Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis daya yaitu Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa ada hubungan anatara kelelahan kerja dengan masa kerja dengan nilai P=0.011 < 0.05, Sedangkan Shift kerja tidak terdapat hubungan dengan Kelelahan kerja dengan nilai P=0,195 > 0.05, dan Usia tidak terdapat hubungan dengan Kelelahan kerja karena nilai P=0,437 > 0,05.
Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah terdapat hubungan kelelahan pada masa kerja. Sedangkan usia dan Shift Kerja tidak terdapat hubungan dengan kelelahan kerja. Disarankan kepada Koperasi Unit Desa Karya Mukti supaya mengadakan penilaian terhadap kelelahan kerja agar diketahui seberapa besar kelelahan tersebut terjadi dan bagaimana mengatasinya.

FACTORS OF FACTORS AFFECT WORK FATIGUE IN COOPERATIV EMPLOYEES OF TE VILLAGE UNIT PELEPAT ILIR SUBDISTRICT BUNGO REGENCY 2022
One of the main factors causing work accidents caused by humans is stress and fatigue (Fatique). Work fatigue contributes 50% to the occurrence of work accidents (Setyawati, 2011). According to Wicken (2004) in Setyawat and Djati (2008), fatigue can be caused by physical or mental stress. One of the causes of fatigue is sleep disturbance, which among other things can be influenced by lack of sleep time and disturbances in circadian rhythms due to jet lag or shift work.
This study aims to determine the Factors Affecting Work Fatigue in Cooperative Employees in the Karya Mukti Village Unit, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency in 2022. The study was carried out on August 22-25 at the Karya Mukti Village Unit Cooperative.
This research method is quantitative with a cross sectional approach with a sample size of
60 officers (total sampling). Collecting data with questionnaires and secondary data (documentation study). The data processing technique uses a power analysis technique, namely Chi Square. The results showed that there was a relationship between work fatigue and tenure with a value of P = 0.011 < 0.05, while work shifts had no relationship with work fatigue with a value of P = 0.195 > 0.05, and Age had no relationship with work fatigue because the value of P
= 0.437 > 0.05.
The conclusion that can be drawn is that there is a relationship between fatigue during the work period. Meanwhile, age and work shifts have no relationship with work fatigue. It is recommended to the Karya Mukti Village Unit Cooperative to conduct an assessment of work fatigue so that it is known how much fatigue occurs and how to overcome it.
