FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN SCABIES DI LEMBAGA PERMASYARAKATAN NARKOTIKA KELAS IIB MUARA SABAK TAHUN 2021

Tahun 2016 menurut Internasional Alliance for the Control Of Scabies (IACS) kejadian scabies bervariasi mulai dari 0,3% menjadi 46%. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi sepanjang tahun 2018 tercatat 1861 Kasus. data Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kelas IIB Muara Sabak (2020) terdapat kasus scabies sebanyak 230 kasus. Pada bulan Januari-Maret 2021 terdapat 30 kasus scabies. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian scabies di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Narkotika Kelas IIB Muara Sabak Tahun 2021.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 810 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Data akan dianalisis secara univariat, bivariate.
Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tidak ada hubungan luas ventilasi dengan kejadian Scabies ( p=0,976), tidak ada hubungan antara kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian Scabies (p=0,256), ada hubungan Personal Hygiene dengan kejadian Scabies (p=0,016).
Kesimpulan pada penelitian bahwa tidak Ada hubungan antara luas ventilasi dan kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian scabies. Ada hubungan Personal Hygiene dengan kejadian Scabies. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar warga binaan tetap memperhatikan Personal Hygiene dan kebersihan lingkungan agar dapat mencegah kejadian penyakit Scabies.

FACTORS RELATED TO THE EVENT OF SCABIES IN THE CLASS IIB NARCOTICS PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF MUARA SABAK IN 2021
In 2016, according to the International Alliance for the Control Of Scabies (IACS), the incidence of scabies varied from 0.3% to 46%. Jambi City Health Office data throughout 2018 recorded 1861 cases. data from the Class IIB Muara Sabak Penitentiary (2020) there are 230 cases of scabies. In January-March 2021 there were 30 cases of scabies. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the incidence of scabies in the Narcotics Correctional Institution Class IIB Muara Sabak in 2021.
This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 810 people with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data will be analyzed by univariate, bivariate.
The results showed that there was no relationship between ventilation area and the incidence of scabies (p = 0.976), there was no relationship between occupancy density and the incidence of scabies (p = 0.256), there was a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies (p = 0.016).
The conclusion in the study that there is no relationship between ventilation area and occupancy density with the incidence of scabies. There is a personal hygiene relationship with the incidence of scabies. This study suggests that the inmates should pay attention to Personal Hygiene and environmental cleanliness in order to prevent the incidence of scabies disease.
