FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN TERADINYA STRES KERJA PADA PETUGAS KESEHATAN COVID-19 DI BANDARA SULTAN THAHA JAMBI TAHUN 2021

Wabah Corona Virus Disease-19 yang muncul pada Desember 2019 World Health Organization (WHO) mengumumkan Darurat pada Public Health Emergencyof International Concern (PHEIC). Di Kota Jambi pada tahun 2020-Mei 2021 terdapat jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 sebanyak 9.915 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Terjadinya Stress Kerja pada Petugas Kesehatan Covid-19 di Bandara Sultan Thaha Jambi Tahun 2021.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 sempel. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Data akan dianalisis secara univariat, bivariate.
Hasil uji statistic diperoleh sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki (70,0%), hampir sebagian besar responden berusia 36-45 tahun (45,0%), sebagian besar responden bertugas di shif pagi (55.0%), sebagian besar hubungan interpersonal responden kurang baik (55.0%), dan sebagian besar responden mengalami stress kerja (75,5%). Hubungan variabel Jenis Kelamin dengan stress kerja didapatkan p value = 1,000, variabel Umur dengan Stres Kerja didapatkan p value = 0, 157, variabel shift kerja dengan Stres Kerja didapatkan p value = 0, 617, variabel hubungan interpoersonal dengan Stres Kerja didapatkan p value = 0,004.
Kesimpulan pada penelitian bahwa tidak Ada hubungan umur ( p=0,157), shift kerja (p=0,617), jenis kelamin (p=1,000) dengan stress kerja. Variabel interpersonal (p=0.004) yang berarti ada hubungan dengan stress kerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar petugas kesehatan covid-19 dibandara sultan Thaha jambi agar selalu melakukan hubungan baik dengan teman kerja agar tidak terjadi stress kerja pada petugas..

Kata Kunci : Umur, jenis kelamin, shift kerja, hubungan interpersonal, stress kerja.

FACTORS RELATED TO OCCUPATIONAL STRESS ON COVID-19 HEALTH OFFICERS AT SULTAN THAHA AIRPORT JAMBI IN 2021

The Corona Virus Disease-19 outbreak that emerged in December 2019 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). In Jambi City in 2020-May 2021 there were 9,915 confirmed positive cases of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the occurrence of work stress on Covid-19 health workers at Sultan Thaha Airport Jambi in 2021.
This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 20 samples. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data will be analyzed by univariate, bivariate.
The results of the statistical test obtained that most of the respondents were male (70.0%), most of the respondents were 36-45 years old (45.0%), most of the respondents served in the morning shift (55.0%), most of the relationship The respondent's interpersonal skills are not good (55.0%), and most of the respondents experience work stress (75.5%). The relationship between gender and work stress was found to be p value = 1,000, age and work stress were obtained p value = 0, 157, work shift variable and work stress were obtained p value = 0, 617, interpoersal relationship variable with work stress was obtained p value = 0.004.
The conclusion of this research is that there is no relationship between age (p=0.157), shift work (p=0.617), gender (p=1,000) and work stress. Interpersonal variable (p=0.004) which means there is a relationship with work stress. This study suggests that COVID-19 health workers at the sultan Thaha Jambi airport to always maintain good relations with work colleagues so that work stress does not occur on officers.
