Pelaksanaan posbindu atau posbindu lansia sempat terhenti sebagai antisipasi penyebaran Covid-19. Pelaksanaan Posbindu pada masa pandemi ditunda, pemantauan kesehatan lansia dan promosi kesehatan menggunakan teknologi komunikasi jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan posbindu lansia pada era pandemi covid 19 di Desa Aro Kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2021.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Aro Kabupaten Batanghari pada tanggal 5-26 Juli 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh lansia yang tinggal di Desa Aro Kabupaten Batanghari yang berjumlah 533 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang yang diambil dengan cara simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dalam secara univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden melakukan kunjungan posbindu lansia sebanyak 54 responden (63,5%), memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 42 responden (49,4%), memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 54 responden (63,5%) dan mengatakan peran petugas kesehatan baik sebanyak 59 responden (69,4%). Ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,001) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,015) dengan kunjungan posbindu lansia pada era pandemi covid 19 karena p value < 0,05. Tidak ada hubungan peran petugas kesehatan dengan kunjungan posbindu lansia pada era pandemi covid 19 karena p value 0,140 > 0,05
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga mempengaruhi kunjungan posbindu lansia pada era covid 19. Untuk itu, diharapkan dijadikan gambaran untuk meningkatkan kunjungan posbindu lansia dengan menambah pengetahuan serta wawasan lansia tentang posbindu lansia dan melibatkan keluarga dalam kesehatan lansia.

The implementation of the Posbindu or Posbindu for the elderly was briefly stopped in anticipation of the spread of Covid-19. The implementation of Posbindu during the pandemic was postponed, monitoring the health of the elderly and health promotion using remote communication technology. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the visit of the Posbindu for the elderly in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Aro Village, Batanghari Regency in 2021.
This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in Aro Village, Batanghari Regency in 5-26 July 2021. The study population was all the elderly living in Aro Village, Batanghari Regency, totaling 533 people. The sample in this study were 85 people who were taken by simple random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Analysis of data in univariate and bivariate.
The results showed that most of the respondents visited the Posbindu for the elderly as many as 54 respondents (63.5%), had good knowledge as many as 42 respondents (49.4%), had good family support as many as 54 respondents (63.5%) and said the role of health workers was good as many as 59 respondents (69.4%). There is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.001) and family support (p = 0.015) with elderly posbindu visits in the era of the covid 19 pandemic because p value < 0.05. There is no relationship between the role of health workers and visits to the posbindu for the elderly in the era of the covid 19 pandemic because p value 0.140 > 0.05
The results of this study indicate that family knowledge and support affect visits to posbindu for the elderly in the era of covid 19. For this reason, it is hoped that this can be used as an illustration to increase visits to posbindu for the elderly by increasing the knowledge and insight of the elderly about posbindu for the elderly and involving families in the health of the elderly.
