PT. Agung Automall Jambi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif dengan target penjualan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal ini tentunyamenekanproduktivitaskerjakaryawanuntukterusmeningkatagardapat mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Namun,ternyata pada kenyataanya banyak hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja demi mencapai target penjualan yang sudah ditetapkan, salah satu faktor yang menjadi perhatian adalah lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja yang diterima oleh para karyawan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Agung Automall Jambi dengan sampel responden sebanyak 49 orang dengan menggunakan teknik analitik deskriptif menggunakan uji chi-square dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder dari PT. Agung Automall Jambi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,001 dan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,000.
Diharapkan kepada pihak perusahaan beserta karyawan dapat bersama-sama menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat baik fisik maupun non fisik demi kenyamanan karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat bekerja secara maksimal.

PT. Agung Automall Jambi is a company engaged in the automotive sector with sales targets that continue to increase every year. This certainly suppresses employee work productivity to continue to increase in order to achieve the sales targets set by the company. However, it turns out that in reality there are many things that must be considered to increase work productivity in order to achieve the sales targets that have been set, one of the factors of concern is the work environment and work stress received by employees.
This study aims to see how much influence the work environment and work stress have on the work productivity of employees at PT. Agung Automall Jambi with asample of49 respondentsusing descriptive analyticaltechniquesusing chi- square tests with primary and secondary data sources from PT. Agung Automall Jambi.
It is hoped that the company and employees can jointly create a healthy work environment both physical and non-physical for the convenience of employees so that employees can work optimally.
