PENGARUH PERBANDINGAN DAUN GINGSENG JAWA (TALINUMPANICULATUM GAERTN) DAN BIJI KLABET (FENUGREEK)TERHADAPVOLUME ASI PADA IBU MENYUSUI DI PMB BIDAN “N” DAN BIDAN “R” WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SEMURUP TAHUN 2021

Di Indonesia cakupan pemberian ASI eklusif secara nasional yaitu cakupan ASI pada bayi 0-6 bulan 89,4% tahun 2020. Berdasarkan data survey awal yang telah dilakukan di PMB Bidan “N” dan Bidan “R” Kerinci. Data dari bulan April 2021, terdapat 25 orang menyusui. Berdasarkan wawancara yang telah dilakukan pada 5 orang ibu menyusui, hasil wawancara menunjukkan 2 dari 5 ibu menyusui tidak memberikan ASI ekslusif dan ibu tidak mengetahui bahwa gingseng jawa dan biji klabet dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perbandingan Daun Gingseng Jawa dan Biji Klabet Terhadap Volume ASI Pada Ibu Menyusui di PMB Bidan “N” dan Bidan “R” di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Semurup Tahun 2021.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-postest.Dengan populasi 25 orang, sampel penelitian adalah12 orang. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan Daun Gingseng Jawa dan Biji Klabet diuji dengan uji T-test Independen dengan derajat kepercayaan 95 %. Data dilakukan uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiri-Wilk dengan hasil data terdistribusi normal sehingga analisi univariat bermakna (p > 0,05).
Hasil univariat penelitian menunjukkanbahwa rata –rata Volume ASI sebelum diberikan daun ginseng jawa yaitu 27,08 dan sd sebesar 13,04, rata – rata sesudah diberikan daun ginseng jawayaitu 54,58 ml dan sd sebesar 10,32. Hasil uji univariat Rata-rata sebelum diberikan biji klabet yaitu 32,08 ml dan sd sebesar 7,82. Rata-rata sesudah diberikan biji klabet yaitu 64,16 ml dan standar deviasi sebesar 11,64. Hasil analisis bivariat Ada perbedaan pengaruh daun gingseng jawa dengan biji klabet terhadap volume ASI pada ibu menyusui di PMB Bidan “N” dan Bidan “R” wilayah kerja Puskesmas Semurup Tahun 2021 (0,0005).
Diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan ibu tentang pengaruh mengkonsumsi gingseng jawa dan biji klabet terhadap volume ASI sehingga ibu bisa memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi dan bayi puas mengkonsumsi ASI secara Ekslusif.

In Indonesia, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding nationally is the coverage of breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months, 89,4% in 2020, Based on initial survey data that has been conducted at PMB Midwife "N" and Midwife "R" Kerinci. Data from April 2021, there are 25 breastfeeding people. Based on interviews conducted with 5 breastfeeding mothers, the results of the interviews showed that 2 out of 5 breastfeeding mothers did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and the mothers did not know that Javanese ginseng and klabet seeds could increase milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Comparison of Javanese Ginseng Leaves and Klabet Seeds on the Volume of Breastfeeding in Breastfeeding Mothers in PMB Midwives "N" and Midwives "R".
This type of research is pre-experiment with a two group pretest design. postest. With a population of 25 people, the study sample was 12 people. To determine the effect of the comparison of Javanese Ginseng leaves and Klabet seeds, it was tested by Independent T-test with 95% confidence level. The data was tested for normality using Shapiri-Wilk with the results of the data being normally distributed so that the univariate analysis was significant (p> 0.05).
The univariate results showed that the average volume of breastmilk before being given Java ginseng leaves was 27.08 and SD was 13.04, the average after being given jawayaitu ginseng leaves was 54.58 ml and SD was 10.32. Univariate test results The average before being given klabet seeds was 32.08 ml and SD was 7.82. The average after being given klabet seeds was 64.16 ml and the standard deviation was 11.64. Results of bivariate analysis There is a difference in the effect of Javanese ginseng leaves and klabet seeds on the volume of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers in PMB Midwives "N" and Midwives "R" in the working area of Puskesmas Semurup in 2020 (0.0005).
Hopefully it can increase the knowledge of mothers about the effect of consuming ginseng. Java and klabet seeds to the volume of breast milk so that the mother can provide exclusive breastfeeding to the baby and the baby is satisfied to consume exclusively breast milk.
