Menurut WHO, tahun 2015 kanker serviks di dunia terdapat 14,1 juta kasus
kanker baru, 8,2 juta kematian akibat kanker, 32,6 juta orang yang hidup dengan
kanker dan hampir 87% kasus terjadi di Negara berkembang. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian
kanker serviks pada wanita usia subur di RSUD H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara
Bulian Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey analitik dengan
rancangan pendekatan case control. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 25
Agustus 2020 yang bertempat di RSUD H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara Bulian
dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 orang dengan perbndingan 1:1 yaitu 32 : 32.
Data akan dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariate. Dari hasil
penelitian di dapat hasil bahwa Tidak ada hubungan paritas dengan kanker serviks
di RSUD H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara Bulian Jambi Tahun 2019-2020 karena
nilai p = 1,000 > 0,05. Ada hubungan usia perkawinan dengan kanker serviks di
RSUD H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara Bulian Jambi Tahun 2019-2020 karena
nilai p = 0,037 < 0,05. Ada hubungan penggunaan pil KB dengan kanker serviks
di RSUD H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara Bulian Jambi Tahun 2019-2020 karena
nilai p = 0,024 < 0,05. Ada hubungan usia perkawinan dan penggunaan pil KB
dengan kanker serviks. Diharapkan hasil ini gambaran sebagai upaya untuk
menurunkan angka kejadian kanker serviks dengan menyediakan leaflet, brosur,
sebagai media informasi untuk masyarakat.

According to WHO, in 2015 cervical cancer in the world there were 14.1 million
new cancer cases, 8.2 million cancer deaths, 32.6 million people living with
cancer and nearly 87% of cases occurred in developing countries. This study aims
to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of cervical cancer in women
of childbearing age at the H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara Bulian Jambi Hospital.
This research was conducted using an analytical survey method with a case
control approach design. This research was conducted on August 25, 2020 at the
H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe Muara Bulian Hospital with a total sample of 64 people
with a ratio of 1: 1, namely 32: 32. The data will be analyzed univariate, bivariate
and multivariate. From the results of the study, the results show that there is no
relationship between parity and cervical cancer in RSUD H. Abdoel Madjid Batoe
Muara Bulian Jambi in 2019-2020 because the value of p = 1,000> 0.05. There is
a relationship between the age of marriage and cervical cancer in RSUD H.

that this result will represent an effort to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer
