HUBUNGAN SUMBER INFORMASI, TINGGKAT KECEMASAN SERTA DUKUNGAN SUAMI TERHADAP KESIAPAN PEMILIHAN METODE KONTRASEPSI PADA IBU NIFAS DI PUSKESMAS SUNGAI JERING, KECAMATAN PANGKALAN JAMBU KABUPATEN MERANGIN TAHUN 2022

Pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang dilakukan oleh suami-istri harus mengikuti metode kontrasepsi rasional sesuai dengan fase yang dihadapi pasangan suami-istri. Faktor-faktor yang membentuk perilaku manusia dalam kesiapan memilih jenis kontrasepsi di antaranya faktor predisposisi (predisposing factors) seperti pengetahuan, sikap, kepercayaan, nilai-nilai, persepsi, dan sebagainya; faktor pendukung (enabling factors) seperti lingkungan fisik, tersedia atau tidak tersedianya fasilitas atau sarana-sarana kesehatan seperti puskesmas, obat-obatan, alat kontrasepsi; dan faktor pendorong (reinforcing factor) seperti sikap dan perilaku petugas kesehatan atau petugas lain yang merupakan kelompok referensi dari perilaku masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuanmengetahui Hubungan Sumber Informasi, Tingkat Kecemasan Serta Dukungan Suami Terhadap Kesiapan Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi Pada Ibu Nifas Di Puskesmas Sungai Jering, Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian adalah survey analitik cross sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu nifas di kawasan kerja Puskemas Sungai Jering, menggunakan simple random sampling. Variabel independen sumber informasi, tingkat kecemsaan dan dukungan suami sedangkan variabel dependen kesiapan pemilihan kontrasepsi pada ibu nifas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner diuji Alpha Cronbach ’s. Dari hasil diatas ditemukan bila variabel sumber informasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Perilaku Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi. Hal itu terlihat dari nilai sigfinikan < 0.05 yaitu 0.001 (t- hitung=3.949). Hubungan yang ditunjukkan adalah hubungan positif (searah) dimana terliha dengan nilai koefisien yang bernilai positif (0.657). Semakin besar sumber informasi semakin besar Perilaku Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi. Variabel Dukungan Suami terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Perilaku Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi. Hal itu terlihat dari nilai sigfinikan < 0.05 yaitu 0.037 (t- hitung=2.279). Hubungan yang ditunjukkan adalah hubungan positif (searah) dimana terlihat dengan nilai koefisien yang bernilai positif (0.372). Semakin besar dukungan semakin besar juga Perilaku Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi.Meski pun demikian, variabel Tingkat Kecemasan ternyata tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Perilaku Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi.Hal itu terlihat dari nilai sigfinikan > 0.05 yaitu 0.399

The choice of contraceptive method by husband and wife must follow a rational method of contraception in accordance with the phases faced by the husband and wife. Factors that shape human behavior in the readiness to choose the type of contraception include predisposing factors such as knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, values, perceptions, and so on; supporting factors (enabling factors) such as the physical environment, the availability or unavailability of health facilities or facilities such as health centers, medicines, contraceptives; and reinforcing factors such as attitudes and behavior of health workers or other officers who are a reference group for community behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between sources of information, anxiety levels and husband's support for the readiness to choose contraceptive methods for postpartum mothers at Sungai Jering Health Center, Pangkalan Jambu District in 2021. The type of research is a cross sectional analytic survey. The population of all postpartum mothers in the working area of the Sungai Jering Health Center, using simple random sampling. The independent variable is the source of information, the level of anxiety and husband's support, while the dependent variable is the readiness to choose contraception in postpartum women. Collecting data using a questionnaire tested by Cronbach's Alpha. From the results above, it was found that the information source variable had a significant effect on the Contraceptive Method Selection Behavior. This can be seen from the significant value < 0.05, which is 0.001 (t-count = 3.949). The relationship shown is a positive relationship (unidirectional) which is seen with a positive coefficient value (0.657). The greater the source of information, the greater the behavior of choosing contraceptive methods. The husband's support variable has a significant effect on the Contraceptive Method Selection Behavior. This can be seen from the significant value < 0.05, which is 0.037 (t-count = 2.279). The relationship shown is a positive relationship (unidirectional) which is seen with a positive coefficient value (0.372). The greater the support, the greater the behavior of choosing contraceptive methods. Even so, the anxiety level variable does not have a significant effect on the behavior of choosing contraceptive methods. It can be seen from the significant value > 0.05, which is 0.399
