HUBUNGAN KUALITAS KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE DENGAN STATUS GIZI IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SEKERNAN ILIR KABUPATEN MUARO JAMBI TAHUN 2022

Rencana pembangunan Nasional jangka panjang lebih di fokuskan pada kualitas hidup ditandai dengan SDM yang sehat dan sejahtera. Dipihak lain angka kematian ibu pada saat melahirkan masih mewarnai kesenjangan SDM untuk menjadi Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mensupport program Pemerintah dengan Program “10 T” dalam rangka meningkatkan status gizi Ibu Hamil yang akan bermuara pada sehatnya anak yang di lahirkan serta menjamin kesehatan Ibu Hamil itu sendiri melalui Program Pelayanan Antenatal Care yang terkait erat dengan status Gizi ibu hamil yang dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada Kualitas Kunjungan Antenatal Care hubungannya dengan Status Gizi Ibu Hamil Trimester III khusus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sekernan Ilir Kabupaten Muaro Jambi tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex-Post Facto dengan pendekatan korelasional yaitu mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas (Independent Variabel) terhadap variabel terikat (Dependent variabel). Yaitu Kualitas Kunjungan Antenatal Care sebagai variabel bebas hubungannya dengan Status Gizi Ibu Hamil Trimester III sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Bivariat dengan uji statistic Chi-Square melalui SPSS didapatkan bahwa Asymp ρ Value Sig (2-sided) 0,020 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengaruh antara variable X Kualitas Kunjungan Antenatal Care terhadap variable Y Status Gizi Ibu Hamil Trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sekernan Ilir tahun 2022.

The long-term national development plan is more focused on the quality of life marked by healthy and prosperous human resources. On the other hand, the maternal mortality rate during childbirth is still coloring the gap in human resources to become qualified human resources. This study seeks to support the Government's program with the "10 T" Program in order to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women which will lead to the health of children born and ensure the health of pregnant women themselves through the Antenatal Care Service Program which is closely related to the nutritional status of pregnant women who in this study focused on the quality of Antenatal Care visits in relation to the nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester specifically in the working area of the Sekernan Ilir Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency in 2022. This research is the Ex-Post Facto research and using the correlation approach, namely looking for the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Namely, the quality of Antenatal Care visits as the independent variable is related to the Nutritional Status of Third Trimester Pregnant Women as the dependent variable. Data analysis in this study used Bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square statistical test
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant Asymp ρ Value Sig (2-sided) 0,020 < 0,05, indicate that there is a relationship between the quality of antenatal care visits and the nutritional status of third trimester pregnant women, especially in the working area of the Sekernan Ilir Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency 2022.
