KTI GAMBARAN PERAN PETUGAS KESEHATAN, PERSEPSI, KETERJANGKAUAN PELAYANAN KB DAN PENGGUNAAN KB SUNTIK DI MASA COVID 19 DI PUSKESMAS KENALI BESAR KOTA JAMBI TAHUN 2021

Merebaknya wabah Covid-19 di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia mempengaruhi berbagai aspek, takterkecuali pada pelayanan KB. Kondisi ini berimbas pada penurunan peserta KB. Salah satu kontrasepsi yang turut mengalami penurunan adalah kontrasepsi suntik yang diketahui dari data Deputi Bidang Keluarga Berencana yang menunjukkan pada bulan Februari 2020 peserta KB suntik berjumlah 524.989 orang dan mengalami penurunan menjadi 341.109 orang pada bulan Maret 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peran petugas kesehatan, persepsi, keterjangkauan pelayanan KB dan penggunaan KB suntik di MasaCovid 19.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh akseptor KB di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi dari bulan Januari – Agustus 2021 sebanyak 3.345 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi pada tanggal 15-23Oktober 2021.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 51 responden sebagian besar responden tetap menggunakan KB suntik sebanyak 34 responden (66,7%), mengatakan peran petugas kesehatan baik sebanyak 30 responden (58,8%), memiliki persepsi yang baik sebanyak 28 responden (54,9%) dan mengatakan bahwa pelayanan KB terjangkau sebanyak 32 responden (62,7%).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran petugas kesehatan, persepsi responden dalam kategori baik, pelayanan KB yang ada terjangkau dan akseptor KB tetap menggunakan KB suntik. Untuk itu, diharapkan dapatdijadikan gambaran sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penggunaan KB suntik dengan menyediakan leaflet, brosur sebagai media informasiuntukmasyarakatdi masa covid 19 ini.

The spread of the Covid-19 outbreak throughout the world, including Indonesia, has affected various aspects, including family planning services. This condition has an impact on the decline in family planning participants. One of the contraceptives that has also experienced a decline is injectable contraceptives, which is known from the data of the Deputy for Family Planning which shows that in February 2020 the number of injecting family planning participants was 524,989 people and decreased to 341,109 people in March 2020. This study aims to describe the role of health workers, perceptions, affordability of family planning services and the use of injectable family planning during the Covid 19 period.
This research is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all family planning acceptors at the KenaliBesar Health Center, Jambi City from January to August 2021 as many as 3,345 people. The sample in this study was 51 people. This research was conducted at the KenaliBesar Public Health Center, Jambi City in October, 15-23 2021. The data was collected by filling out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate.
The results showed that from 51 respondents, most of the respondents continued to use injectable contraceptives as many as 34 respondents (66.7%), said the role of health workers was good as many as 30 respondents (58.8%), had a good perception as many as 28 respondents (54.9 %) and said that family planning services were affordable as many as 32 respondents (62.7%).
The results of this study indicate that the role of health workers, respondents' perceptions are in good category, existing family planning services are affordable and family planning acceptors continue to use injectable contraceptives. For this reason, it is hoped that it can be used as an illustration as an effort to increase the use of injectable family planning by providing leaflets, brochures as a medium of information for the community during this covid 19 period.
