ABSTRAK
Remaja dan Permasalahannya menjadi isu penting saat ini. Remaja sangat rentan
terhadap resiko tiga masalah pokok kesehatan reproduksi remaja yaitu seksualitas,
NAPZA, dan dan HIV/AIDS. Permasalahan tersebut sering terjadi dikarenakan rendahnya
informasi dan pengetahuan dari orangtua. Sehingga mengakibatkan remaja cenderung
mepraktikan perilaku menyimpang. Modal dasar yang harus dimiliki orangtua adalah
pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam mendidik anak khusunya remaja. Pengetahuan dan
ketrampilan tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui pendekatan kelompok Bina Keluarga Remaja
(BKR). Pengembangan kelompok Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) dapat membantu orangtua
dalam memahami remaja, permasalahan remaja, dan cara cara berkomunikasi dengan
remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penyuluh keluarga berencana
melalui program bina keluarga remaja dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan
rancangan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan
sampel pada lokasi penelitian dan pemilihan informan kunci dan informan kunci ahli
dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan kunci 8
orang keluarga remaja dan informan kunci ahli penyuluh lapangan keluarag berencana.
Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan indepth interview menunjukkan bahwa
Penyuluh Lapangan Keluarga Berencana memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap
kasus kenakalan remaja. Hal ini terlihat dari semua responden pada saat wawancara
mendalam mengatakan bahwa keberadaan PLKB di tengah-tengah masyarakat sangat
membantu masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan kenakalan remaja yang terjadi saat
ini. Selain itu, Program Bina Keluarga Remaja memiliki pengaruh terhadap terjadinya
kenakalan remaja. Hal ini terlihat dari jawaban responden yang menyatakan bahwa
informasi yang diberikan PLKB terkait Program Bina Keluarga Remaja sangatlah
membantu dalam menghadapi persoalan pada remaja.
Dengan adanya Program Bina Keluarga Remaja diharapkan dapat Meningkatkan
kepedulian, kesadaran dan tanggung jawab orangtua bahwa mereka memiliki kewajiban
dalam memberikan bimbingan pada anak remajanya khusunya dalam menghadapi
berbagai masalah dan persoalan yang sedang dihadapi sehingga timbul rasa hormat
dan saling menghargai antar remaja dan orangtua.

The Role of the Family Planning Field Extension Officer (PLKB)

ABSTRACT
Adolescents and their problems are an important issue today. Adolescents are very
vulnerable to the risk of three main adolescent reproductive health problems, namely
sexuality, drugs, and HIV/AIDS. These problems often occur due to the lack of
information and knowledge from parents. This results in teenagers tending to practice
deviant behavior. The basic capital that parents must have knowledge and skills in
educating children, especially teenagers. This knowledge and skills can be obtained
through the Youth Family Development (BKR) group approach. The development of the
Youth Family Development (BKR) group can help parents understand adolescents,
adolescent problems, and how to communicate with adolescents. This study aims to
determine the role of family planning instructors through youth family development
programs in overcoming juvenile delinquency.
The research method used is descriptive research method with case study design.
This study uses a qualitative approach.Sampling at the research location and the selection
of key informants and key expert informants were carried out using purposive sampling
method with the number of key informants being 8 adolescent families and 4 key
informants being experts in family planning field extension.
The results of the study using in-depth interviews showed that the Family
Planning Field Extension Officer had a significant influence on juvenile delinquency cases.
This can be seen from all respondents during in-depth interviews saying that the existence
of PLKB in the community really helps the community in overcoming the problem of
juvenile delinquency that is currently happening. Other than that, The Youth Family
Development Program has an influence on the occurrence of juvenile delinquency. This
can be seen from the answers of respondents who stated that the information provided by
PLKB related to the Youth Family Development Program was very helpful in dealing with
problems in adolescents. With the Youth Family Development Program, it is hoped that it
can increase parental care, awareness and responsibility that they have an obligation to
provide guidance to their teenagers, especially in dealing with various problems and
problems that are being faced so that respect and mutual respect arise between adolescents
and parents. This can be seen from the answers of respondents who stated that the
information provided by PLKB related to the Youth Family Development Program was
very helpful in dealing with problems in adolescents.
