IUD (Intra Uterine Device) Merupakan Kontrasepsi yang dimasukan ke
dalam rahim, Masih rendahnya Penggunaan IUD disebabkan karena Kontrasepsi
IUD masih kurang dikenal,Sehingga Menyebabkan Akseptor KBmemiliki
perasaan takut.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan
cross sectional yang Bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan dan
Persepsi Akseptor KB dengan Penggunaan Kontrasepsi IUD di Wilayah Kerja
Puskesmas Tahtul Yaman Kota Jambi Tahun 2021. Penelitaian dilaksanakan di
Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tahtul Yaman Kota Jambi dan telah dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 04-06 Oktober Tahun 2021.Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh
Akseptor KB yang berada di Wilayah kerja puskesmas Tahtul Yaman Kota Jambi
Sebanyak 1.586 orang Sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik pengumpulan Sampel
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam
Penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Univariat dan Bivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya Hubungan
pengetahuan Akseptor KB dengan Penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD di Wilayah Kerja
Puskesmas Tahtul Yaman kota Jambi dengan nilai p value0.213 dan adanya
Hubungan yang bermakna Antara Persepsi Akseptor KB dengan Penggunaan
Kontrasepsi IUD di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tahtul Yaman Kota Jambi dengan
nilai p value 0,029
Diharapkan agar Petugas kesehatan untuk Melakukan diskusi bersama
dengan Akseptor KB tentang pentingnya Penggunaan Kontrasepsi IUD, Agar ibu
memiliki informasi yang lebih Mendalam terutama tentang Kontrasepsi IUD.

Title Research : the Relationship between knowledge and perceptions of family
planning acceptors with the use of IUD contraseption in the workong area of

IUD (intra uterine devices) it is contraceptive that is inserted into the
uterus, the low of IUD is due to IUD contraception is still not well known, so that
it causes KB acceptor to have a felling of fear.
The Research is an analytical descriptive study with a cross secional
approach which aims to determine the relationship Between knowledge and
perceptions of family planning acceptors with the use of IUD contraception in the
working area of the Tahtul Yaman public healthy center Jambi city 2021.This
research was carried out in the working area of the tahtul yaman public healty
center, Jambi city and was carried out on october 04-06 2021.The population in
this study were all family planning acceptors who were in the working area of the
tahtul yaman public health center jambi city, as many 1,586 poeple a sample of 42
poeple.The sample collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The
data analysis used in this research is the analysis of univariat an Bivariat.
The resulth showed that there was no significant Relationship between
family planning acceptors and the usa of IUD contraception in the working area
of the Tahtul Yaman Public health Center Jambi city with a p value 0.213 and
there is a significant relationship between the perception of IUD contraception in
the working area of the Tahtul Yaman Public Health Center Jambi City with a p
value 0,029.
It is hoped that health workers will have discussions with family
planning acceptors about the impportance of using IUD contraception, So that
Mothers have more in-depth information about IUD contraception.
