PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI SURAT BERBASIS WEB PADA POLDA KOTA JAMBI 2021

ABSTRAK
Kepolisian Daerah (Polda) Kota Jambi merupakan satuan pelaksana utama kewilayahan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang berada di bawah Kapolri. Pada sistem yang sedang berjalan Polda melakukan pengolahan data surat masih secara manual yaitu pencatatan ke dalam buku agenda surat masuk dan surat keluar, sehingga mengalami hambatan seperti proses disposisi surat lama karena terkadang ada petugas yang tidak berada ditempat sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas surat, arsip surat yang berantakan, membutuhkan waku cukup lama mencatat kedalam buku agenda atau lembar disposisi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka penulis menemukan solusi terhadap masalah tersebut dengan cara merancang Sistem Informasi Administrasi Surat Berbasis Web Pada Polda Kota Jambi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan terlebih dahulu menganalisis kebutuhan yang Polda Kota Jambi disesuaikan dengan sistem yang akan penulis rancang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi Administrasi Surat Berbasis Web yang Terdapat fitur pengolahan Admin, Disposisi surat masuk, Disposisi surat keluar, Kategori, Pegawai, Surat keluar, Surat masuk, Profil, Galery Apikasi ini dapat membantu bagian Admin dalam pengolahan data dan memperoleh informasi Administrasi Surat Berbasis Web dalam bentuk Laporan Pegawai, Manajemen Arsip.

Abstract
The Regional Police (Polda) of Jambi City is the main implementing unit for the Indonesian National Police which is under the Head of the National Police. In the system that is running, the Regional Police are still processing mail data manually, namely recording into the agenda book for incoming and outgoing letters, so that they experience obstacles such as the disposition of old letters because sometimes there are officers who are not in place so that there is a buildup of letter files, archived letters that messy, takes a long time to record into the agenda book or disposition sheet. Based on the existing problems, the authors found a solution to this problem by designing a Web-Based Mail Administration Information System at the Jambi City Police. The research method used was the waterfall method by first analyzing the needs of the Jambi City Police, adapted to the system that the author would design. This research produces a Web-Based Mail Administration information system that has Admin processing features, Disposition of incoming mail, Disposition of outgoing letters, Categories, Employees, Outgoing, Incoming letters, Profiles, Gallery. Web-based in the form of Employee Reports, Records Management.
