Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Terhadap Keputusan Dalam Pemilihan Proses Persalinan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi Tahun 2021

Tingginya angka kejadian section caesarea dari tahun ketahun di berbagai rumah sakit diseluruh Indonesia membuat pengurus besar Ikatan Dokter Indonesia bersama pemerintah (Departemen Kesehatan dan Departemen Kesejahteraan Sosial) mengeluarkan surat edaran. Direktorat Jendral Pelayanan Medik (DirjenYanmedik) Departement Kesehatan RI yang menyatakan bahwa angka section caesarea untuk rumah sakit pendidikan atau rujukan sebesar 20-25% dari total persalinan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat analitik yang menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap keputusan dalam pemilihan proses persalinan pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini telahdilaksanakan pada tanggal 2-11 september tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung atau berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi sebanyak 144 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Cara pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanyahubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan terhadap keputusan dalam pemilihan proses persalinan pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambidengannilai p value 0,015.
Diharapkan pihak puskesmas memberikan informasi dan penyuluhan tentang pemilihan proses persalinan pada ibu hamil sehingga ibu timbul kesadaran bahwa pemilihan proses persalinan pada ibu hamil itu sangat penting dantepatdalammemilihpersalinansesuaidengankondisikesehatankehamilan.

Knowledge Level Relationship To Decisions In The Selection of Childbirth Process In Pregnant Women Trimester III at Puskesmas Kenali Besar City of Jambi In 2021

The high incidence of sectiocaesarea from year to year in various hospitals throughout Indonesia made the general manager of the Indonesian Doctors Association together with the government (Ministry of Health and Department of Social Welfare) issue a circular. Directorate General of Medical Services (Director General of Yanmedik) Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which states that sectiocaesarea numbers for teaching or referral hospitals amount to 20-25% of the total delivery.
This study is an analytical study that uses a cross sectional approach that aims to link the level of knowledge to decisions in the selection of childbirth processes in pregnant women in the third trimester at Puskesmas Kenali Besar the Jambi City in 2021. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Kenali Besar Jambi City. The study was conducted in 2-11september 2021. The population of this study is pregnant women in the third trimester who visited or were in the working area of the Puskesmas Kenali Besar Jambi as many as 144 people and the sample number as many as 33 people. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. Data collection is done using questionnaires. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis.
The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and decisions in the selection of labor processes in pregnant women in the third trimester in Puskesmas Kenali Besar Jambi City with a value of 0.015.
It is expected that the puskesmas provide information and counseling about the selection of the delivery process in pregnant women so that the mother arises the awareness that the selection of the labor process in pregnant women is very important and appropriate in choosing labor in accordance with the health condition of the pregnancy.
