PENGARUH EDUKASI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI TERHADAP TINDAKAN PERAWATAN ORGAN REPRODUKSI EKSTERNAL PADA SISWI SMPN 28 KERINCI TAHUN 2021

Pentingnya memelihara danmenjaga kebersihan organ genitalia dilakukan untuk menghindari munculnya gangguan kesehatan pada organ reproduksi. Menurut WHO perempuan jarang dalam memperhatikan kebersihan pada organ genitalia eksternanya. Infeksi pada vagina setiap tahunnya menyerang perempuan di seluruh dunia 10-15% dari100 juta perempuan.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Edukasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Terhadap Tindakan Perawatan Organ Reproduksi Eksternal Pada Siswi SMPN 28 Kerinci Tahun 2021.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre test post test design, Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3-9 Agustus 2021, dengan populasi adalah semua siswi SMPN 28 Kerinci dan sampel berjumlah20 orangyang diambil dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner pre dan post tindakan perawatan organ reproduksi eksternal. Data dianalisa dengan komputerisasi, kemudian dianalisia secara univariat dan bivariat dengan Paired Samples T-Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rerata tindakan perawatan organ reproduksi eksternal pre test adalah 50,65, rerata tindakan perawatan organ reproduksi eksternal post test adalah 60,55.Perbedaan rerata tindakan perawatan organ reproduksi eksternal pre test dan post test pemberian edukasi kesehatan reproduksi adalah 9,9
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh edukasi kesehatan reproduksi terhadap tindakan perawatan organ reproduksi eksternal pada siswi SMPN 28 Kerinci Tahun 2021. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan stakeholder terkait untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi tentang kesehatan reproduksi agar dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan remaja.

The importance of maintaining and protecting the cleanliness of the genital organs is carried out to avoid the emergence of health problems in the reproductive organs. According to WHO, women rarely pay attention to the cleanliness of their external genitalia. Vaginal infections every year affect women worldwide 10-15% of 100 million women.
The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Reproductive Health Education on External Reproductive Organ Treatments for Students of SMPN 28 Kerinci 2021. This type of research was a Quasi Experiment with one group pre test post test design. This research was carried out on 3-9 August 2021, with a population of all students of SMPN 28 Kerinci and a sample of 20 people taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique.
Data was collected through questionnaire sheets pre and post treatment of external reproductive organs. Data were analyzed by computerization, then analyzed univariately and bivariately with Paired Samples T-Test. The results showed that the average treatment for external reproductive organs pre test was 50.65, the average treatment for external reproductive organs post test was 60.55. The average difference between pre-test and post-test treatment for external reproductive organs in providing reproductive health education is 9.9.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of reproductive health education on the treatment of external reproductive organs in students of SMPN 28 Kerinci in 2021. Support from the school and related stakeholders can increase students' knowledge about reproductive health in order to improve the health status of adolescents.
