HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN KELUARGA DENGAN PERAWATAN LANSIA YANG MENDERITA ASAM URAT DI WILAYAH KERJA PUKESMAS MUARA SABAK TIMUR TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK

Pendahuluan: Asam urat meningkat pada lansia disebabkan karena perubahan gaya hidup, semakin mudahnya mendapatkan makanan siap saji seperti seafood membuat konsumsi sayuran dan serat berkurang. prevalensi asam urat di dunia ada 34,2%. Asam urat terjadi di negara maju salah satunya Amerika. sebesar 26,3% dari seluruh penduduknya. Peningkatan kasus gout arthritis, peningkatan juga terjadi di negara berkembang, salah satunya di negara Indonesia (Kumar dan Lenert, 2016). Prevalensi gout arthritis di Indonesia semakin mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun 2013 kejadian gout arthritis sebesar 11,9%
Metode Penelitia: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dan teknik total sampling. Total Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 83 responden Di jadikan Sample. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil: berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 83 responden didapat dari 64 (77.1%) responden dengan pengetahuan baik, 8 (9.6%) responden dengan kategori cukup dan Respond kategori baik sebanyak 11 (13.3%) responden dan untuk perawatan asam urat pada lansia untuk responden kategori baik sebanyak 33 (39.8%) dan untuk responden kategori tidak baik sebanyak 50 (60.2%).
Kesimpulan Dan Saran: Kesimpulan bahwa hampir setengah responden memiliki pengetahuan Perawatan asam urat pada lansia serta terdapat hubungan antara keduanya. Rekomendasinya bagi lahan penelitian untuk membuat penyuluhan mengenai Pengetahuan perawatan asam urat pada lansia, saran Diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama menjalani program studi dan dapat terlaksananya layanan kesehatan yang bermutu.

ABSTRACT
The increase in uric acid in the elderly is due to lifestyle changes, the easier it is to get ready-to-eat foods such as seafood, which reduces the consumption of vegetables and fiber. Family support is very closely related to the health process, especially the elderly. Gout in the elderly if not treated immediately will interfere with daily activities so that there is a need for the role of the family in handling it. of the entire population. The results of the study of 83 respondents were obtained from 64 (77.1%) respondents with good knowledge, 8 (9.6%) respondents with sufficient category and good category respondents as many as 11 (13.3%) respondents and for gout treatment in the elderly for good category respondents as many as 33 (39.8%) and 50 (60.2%) for poor category respondents.
The conclusion is that almost half of the respondents have knowledge of gout treatment in the elderly and there is a relationship between the two. The recommendation for the research area is to provide counseling regarding knowledge of gout care in the elderly.
